Hi, this is Doctor Debra from topworkoutsecrets.com. And I'm back with another green smoothie. This one is the Mango Tango. So it starts with three oranges. And we just peeled. So, just the whole put orange and seeds doesn’t matter, the white part doesn’t matter. There was a little bit of peel on it, doesn’t matter. So, you put those in first. And again, you usually this taste everything is juicy but usually you want to start with the juiciest fruit. I'm kind of excited up and of in my green smoothie for a few days and I can tell you, I noticed a big difference. Then, mango and I've done is cut along the pith. So I'm just scooping out the flesh now of the mango. Put the whole thing in there. All right, I'm getting hungry. Just get some of this one. Let’s start with about a cup or so of water. Blend that all up. It even looks like sunshine in there. All right, here we go. All right, now for the greens, I've got four stems of kale. It’s really stemmy so I'm taking the peel off. Let’s start with that and I've got some nice organic baby spinach. I have a big handful of that. Put that all in. It smells good. I'm going to put another handful of spinach in. I'm sure I can add more of that. Remember it's the greens, the more greens the better for long lasting energy. All right, give that a blend. All right now for the taste test. That was good. That’s really good. All right, let’s get our nice goblet out. Pour that beautiful green smoothie in there. You can make it pretty or if you really want to fancy it up, a little slice of orange on there, a little thin slice on the lip. But, there is your mango tango green smoothie. And so for a little bit of zing in your stuff and we've got all kinds of great citrus in there to give you lots of vitamin C. And fruits a such and then you’ve got all those nice greens in there that just are energizing. They’re like liquid sunshine with all great chlorophyll. So, give that mango tango smoothie a try.
