Tracee Yablon-Brenner: So, manage your hunger you should start by eating a high fibre diet especially fiber for breakfast, because that will hold you over longer to your next meal or snack. Include some nuts in your diet which are high in fiber. Yes, they do have some fat but fat is such a thing which will also hold you over longer. Eating nourishing snacks and high fiber healthy nourishing foods during the day like fruits, vegetables, whole grains will help to manage your hunger.
