The most important thing that anyone can do is to use a great sunscreen moisturizer because that’s one step you can do everyday that have the biggest return in multiple ways. You know, 80% of aging is from the sun so most of the effects that we see, the saginess, the drupiness, the dryness, the wrinkles on the face are all caused by a further damage and exposure to sun. And what’s interesting is people think sun is that I'm going outside, or I'm going to go work in the yard. I'm going to go lay out at the beach. But 75% of photo damage happens to casual exposure, driving in the car. The room we’re sitting in right now has windows, some getting that sun exposure full time so a great moisturizing sunscreen is one easy step, the second thing that I think you can do that’s probably one of the biggest helps is just reserve or exfoliating everyday because we can get all that dead, dull, damaged skin off the surface, you’re going to look brighter. Right there, one step, that’s it. You know, you’ll look amazing. And then smile, you know that’s the easiest accessory you can use and if you do those things, you are going to feel great about how you look. You are going to smile and you’ll feel good.
