Hi everyone, I am Judy and welcome to energy blast. Today we are going to have a great time exercising together so join us, come on. Get up off that couch. You have got it. Today’s move is called the grapevine with a funky arm cross and I am going to teach you the arm first. Feet together are you ready? Five six seven eight. One two three, hold hold, one two three hold hold. Good. This is just the arms. Two more times. Good. (demonstration) Rest, now we are going to try a grapevine, wait for me. Here we go. Five six ready go, step behind, step and tap. You have got it. When you exercise it is really important to warm up. These energy blasts are a great warm up for an intense work out. Remember warm up your body to avoid injury. Let us try out with the arm. Here we go. One two three. Looking good.
