Hi everyone, I am Judy and welcome to energy blast. What is an energy blast, it is a burst of exercise that is going to make you feel great. It is going to give you tons of energy to keep going all day. Today’s move is called the funky arm cross, we are going to start nice and slow. Here we go. Cross, if your brother is still sitting on that couch, get him up or your sister, get the up to join us. Looking good. Let us do two more slow. Cross and open and drop. Good. Cross open and drop. A little faster now. One two three, drop and drop, good. Perfect. Exercise, you have got to do it everyday and do it with your friends because it is more fun. Pick a sport that you love and stay outside, get some fresh air and do it with them. Looking good. Remember exercise has to happen everyday for at least 20 minutes. You got it.
