Hi everyone, I am Judy and welcome back to energy blast. Today we are going to have a great time exercising today because these energy blasts are all about having fun. So get up and join us. Come on. This is an athletic move today and it is like cross country skiing. What I want you to do it turn sideways. You got it. Take your right foot forward, wait. Here we go. Right foot. Let us go. You do a little pop. Imagine you are on the hill. Add your arms, push, push, keep breathing. It is really important to exercise inside but also outside. Getting outside will give you fresh air and that will make you feel great. You might even want to try something new. Something outside, who knows what it will be. But give it a try. Ready go. Wow. We are working hard. Good, keep going you guys and breathing. You are with us. Looking good, feeling strong. Awesome jobs everyone, we will see you soon.
