Really it gets back to calories in and calories out and by the end of the day you just have to make sure that the numbers of calories you’ve taken in, you know you’ve also expended through exercise. A lot of it I think for the majority of the population this portion size. It’s not necessarily that you can’t have a snickers bar or you can’t have pasta. But a restaurant industry and hospitality industry has kind of given us this notion that a normal portion is huge when in reality everybody should be eating on what we consider as valid plate. Exercise is probably the biggest component. People can really eat a lot more than they think may be they can as long as they get regular exercise. That’s really and probably the most important thing to keep a person’s body healthy. It gets back to the basics, the fish, the chicken, lean meats, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, anything in a can or a wrapper you know, it’s going to be packaged with a lot of preservatives, not the best for you. Just really try to go on the fresh or frozen out, and keeping back the portions of the not so healthy options.
