Female Speaker: Lunges are great for toning your thigh and glutes. In this movie we add a bicep curl to tone the front of your arms too. As you lower back to lunge make sure that you go down until your front thigh is parallel with the floor. For the biceps curls keep your elbows in place along your sides. Don't let them move too far to the front or back. This way you will get the best workout.
