My name is Claudia Henschke. I’m a radiologist at Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York Presbyterian-Hospital. What is the best way to detect lung cancer? Currently the best way to detect small, early lung cancers is by CT. Large or later stage lung cancers you can see on chest x-ray also. Other imaging tests that you can see it on is a PET scan.
