[Music Playing] Judy: Hi everyone, and welcome to the classroom workout. Today, we are going to do a 10-minute Afro Latin workout. It is going to be tons fun, I got my crew here to make it and we are ready to roll. When you stand up, make sure there are lots of room around this and the one thing you have to remember is pace yourself because this is a longer workout and we are going to be really in. [Demonstration] [Advertisement] What a Life! Judy: Thanks for working out with us everyone. We have had a great time and we would like to leave you with one really important message and that is to workout every single day because you are going to feel great about yourself physically. You are going to feel like you are on top of the world and you are going to feel great about who you are, you are going to succeed in life and you are going to make great friends. So, get out there and be a fit kid. Kid: I am a fit kid! Judy: Yes, you are. Children: Me too! Judy: Great job everyone! [Advertisement]
