Losing Weight with the Trikke Travis: As you know we always like to stay on the cutting edge of fitness and Jim got something he’s been wanting to show us. Jimbo where are you? Jim: Hey guys! This thing is cool man, once you get the hang of it, this is called Trikke and it gives you a really cool core workout, it's the legs and the bas and the bag, it's great for cross training, it's kind of like skiing, you get that motion too. And you can burn 500 calories an hour doing this. Travis: A little secret, I saw Jim using that all throughout the paramount lot yesterday. Liza: You know as a pediatrician, I think I would see you riding on Trikke. Jim: But you know, outside I was wearing a helmet, so it's important, if you're going to be doing this outside, on a hard pavement, definitely wear a helmet. Travis: Did you leave Drew back there? Where’s Drew? Jim: Drew has got something else to show you. Travis: Drew, come on out bud! Drew: Now, they wanted me to go down the stairs, they wanted me to go down the stairs. I love the mechanize here, battery powered. Jim: You’ve got a motor on yours. Drew: Yeah. Jim: It's no fair! Drew: It's no fun to watch you exercise – it's battery powered, this will go up to 18 miles an hour. Travis: But like Jim mentioned, technically Drew, I know you don’t like to mess up your hair, but you should wear a helmet, particularly if you go 18 miles per hour. Drew: Always wear a helmet, I was going slow, I didn’t get up to the 18 – Travis: But you know excellent alternative especially yours Jim if you want a different type of workout. Jim: When I'm on the bike pass, I see guys on these, and they really curving away, getting a good workout.
