Losing Weight with Robert Reames Dr. Travis: So we move on the next F word Flab, and we’re checking on Cynthia who’s here before to find out a cure for her fear of fat. Well here is what happened last night. Cynthia had gastric bypass surgery just 5 months ago. She’s terrified; she’s going to gain that weight back. And so right now, what is your ultimate goal as far as weight? Cynthia: I’d like to lose another 40 to 60 pounds. Dr. Travis: We have Robert Reames here. He’s a fitness and weight loss expert. And Cynthia, Robert is going to help you get to your goal weight. Cynthia: Thank you. Dr. Travis: And what I want to do is I want to take the really quick journey. Look at your initial photo, look at where you are now and look where you’re going to be so you can see the transition. Well let’s just find out how she’s been doing since then. Robert: Oh my God. Cynthia: Hi! Robert: Hi! You look amazing. Cynthia: Thank you! Robert: And how much total have you lost now? Cynthia: About 120 pounds. Robert: Wow! Give me a hug. Great to see you! Cynthia: Thank you. Robert: Alright you’re ready to workout? We’re drawing the abs in, we’re pulling the shoulders down and back. We want to access as much muscle in a given workout in order to build more muscles, which is going to make you stronger fat burn. Are ready for some squats? This will works everything – the gluts, the quads, the hamstrings. Feeling that burn? Awesome! Keep it going, keep it going, work through it. Are you ready for the last exercise? Bend down to 90 degrees and push up. Good! You are a flab burning machine girl. Yeah!
