Speaker: How many small steps are we talking about? Elizabeth Rahavi: We're not talking about a lot of small steps here. We're really just talking about incorporating one small step in the beginning, and then after you have gotten a hang of that you can begin to incorporate more small steps into your lifestyle. For instance, an easy small step to begin with could be switching out a full calorie beverage for one that has low or no calories in it. Once you have gotten a hang of that after a couple of weeks, you might want to think about incorporating a more difficult lifestyle change, which could be something like eating breakfast everyday. After a while, you've got into the point where you really begun to incorporate more healthful lifestyle changes into your diet, which can set you on a road to better health and also weight loss.
