Speaker: What should be my first small step? Elizabeth Rahavi: Your first small step should really be about thinking about your lifestyle and what you do on a day-to-day basis. Perhaps you are a parent, always rushing around, trying to get the kids out to school and constantly skipping breakfast. A small step could be packing a banana and an individual slice of peanut butter into your bag, so that you can have breakfast when you get to work. One small step you can start today is enjoying your on treat twice by eating half of your food at the restaurant, and then packing up the other half to take home and eat later.
