Elizabeth Rahavi: Hi! My name is Elizabeth Rahavi and I work at the International Food Information Council Foundation in Washington DC. What we're talking about today is how to eat more than you think and lose weight. This next video is all about small steps and how to make them work for you. Speaker: What exactly do dietitians mean when they say small steps? Elizabeth Rahav: When dietician's say small steps, they mean just that. Then the small steps that you can make today that can set you on a road to better health and in this case weight loss. Some of the examples of small steps include switching out of full calorie beverage for one with either few or no calories. It could also mean taking the stairs instead of the elevator to get your office or work.
