Speaker: What does it mean to eat in moderation? Elizabeth Rahavi: Eating in moderation means a lot of different things to different people. Some people consider moderation to be eating a little lunch, a small breakfast, and a larger dinner; some people moderate by looking at the portion size of the foods that they are eating at every meal. Other people moderate by eating certain foods throughout the week, and then splurging a little bit on the weekend. The key is to try all these different forms of moderation and find the strategy that works best for you, and then incorporate that into your lifestyle.
