Speaker: What are some tips for easy breakfasts? Elizabeth Rahavi: Breakfast doesn't have to be a big production. It can be really easy to fit breakfast in. A simple bowl of cereal or some toast can take less than five minutes to prepare or simply open a cup of yogurt. If you want to switch up your routine a little bit, you can add different fruit on top of your cereal or blend multiple cereals together to make your own unique variety. You can try having different things on your toast each morning, peanut butter one day, jelly the next, and cheese another day. If you don't have time to do this, you can pack a brown bag breakfast, similar to how you'll pack a brown bag lunch. Think about pairing apples with cheese or even portioning out single servings of granola to eat on the subway, in the car, or at your desk when you arrive at work. Just don't forget to add some fruit.
