Speaker: Is loosing weight all about eating less? Elizabeth Rahavi: Loosing weight is not all about eating less. Contrary, people have actually been thinking so long about what they need to be taking away from their diet that they have lost sight, and all the wonderful foods they can be adding in such as, whole grain breads and cereals, fruits, vegetables, milk, yogurt, all of these wonderful foods, which can really help you filled for longer and also set you on a road to better health.
