Your body needs plenty of water to flush out germs but it can be tough to remember to drink enough. So here are three ways to make sure you get enough liquids to stay healthy. First, pour a glass of water when you first wake up like after brushing your teeth, so it becomes part of your morning routine. Second, if you skip water because it’s boring, try jazzing it up with garnishes like a slice of lemon or cucumber. Third, remember that beverages like coffee and tea account towards your daily intake. How much water should you drink?
