Host: Many years ago, Maimonides have a running program. And he gave a lecture and he said that some of the exercises, I think he even name them about a 120-140 minutes a week, that could be swapped walking and they just selected and cut out certain things, a two donut, a one donut, he had pretty good success for it. Is that making sense with you? Female Speaker: Absolutely, and again he was advocating for lifestyle change which would be lifestyle exercises, just general movement. You know, it doesn't have to be exercise where you are in a gym, it has to be just general walking around instead of using your vehicle or using a bus.
