Host: How does someone incur legal problems as a result of drinking? Judith W. Cousins: A person can incur legal problems as a result of their drinking by for instance receiving a DY which involves attorney fees, which involves court fees, which almost always involves counseling fees or as another example, a person s drinking can affect can have affected their relationship in their marriage, they have extended their expensive relationship in divorce and again one is going to incur legal fees as a result of the divorce and separation. A person as a result of drinking could have gotten into fights, war fights or fights on the street and again they are going to be legal consequences as a result of that.
