Male Speaker: Lie comfortably on your back. Now raise and cross one leg over the other. Keep both leg straight and your arms stretched out and firmly on the ground. Let your back and hips rotate with your leg until you feel light tension. Hold. Return your leg to it starting position and relax. Now repeat the stretch using your opposite leg.
