Speaker: How do I know which food is a carb protein or fat? Jeannette Bessinger: So a simple way to tell the difference to tell which foods are carbohydrates, which foods are protein and which foods are fats can be found in little childrens pot. Carbohydrates grow from the ground like plants and fruits and grains, and protein walks around. Your animals foods, your eggs things like that and of course that's not a 100% because they are good healthy protein sources in the vegetarian round like beans and they are good carbohydrates sources in the animal rum such as milk. Milk has some carbohydrate along with the protein and fats themselves leave and oily mark behind. If you would put a fat inside of a paper bag it's going to leave an oily sting.
