On behalf of tvlesson.com my name is Rene Endara body builder and nutritional consultant with reneendara.com. In this clip I’m going to show you how to understand cereal. My friend is here and it claims to help lower your cholesterol and it is a physiological impossibility that is going to happen and the reason why because cereal cause inflammation, they are starch and anytime you have a starch in your body you create chronic inflammation and that chronic inflammation causes your self to die basically. So when you are thinking about cereals and you are thinking about how to lower to cholesterol the reason why that’s a lies because actually promotes having in your body because it’s causes inflammation and this is across with all the cereals. Now importantly to remember and the reason why they can’t get away with something like lowering your cholesterol is because the DFA doesn’t force them to tell you the whole story it’s in conjunction with the low fat diet that will help you lower your cholesterol but that’s anything you can either Twinkie and a low fat diet and you still lower your cholesterol, it’s a low fat diet that helps you lower your cholesterol not the cereal itself. So keep in mind it’s important to remember cereals aren’t healthy, they promote health hazards but more than anything they are basically, they are basically promoting a substance in your body that promotes headache. So if you want anything that has the kind of impacted us would it would have my suggestion to would be fruit, fruit doesn’t cause any inflammation unlike cereals does and it has fiber like cereal does but it doesn’t have any the starches so in turn you’re ten times healthier, you have all the nutrients from vitamin C to fiber and all the things the body needs for energy, for clean up your intestinal tract the fiber that you would need, you have a host of things that you would benefit from so stay away from the cereals.
