On behalf of tvlesson.com my name is Rene Endara, body builder and nutritional consultant with reneendara.com. Let’s talk a little bit about what are free radicals? Will free radicals are by product of the mitochondria, the mitochondria what that does is it basically it’s the energy producing source of your cells and when it produces a energy ETP for your cells to be use, the product of that would be free radicals. Now this free radicals they have loss a proton and this free radicals will start searching for another proton so they basically go anywhere and they claim on party your cell and take that proton away and what that causes is it will causes that to weakened in turn causing more free radicals and these are the natural process of the body it’s not something that we can avoid, it’s like breathing air even breathing air causes free radicals, the sun causes free radicals and everything around that causes pollution, cigarette smoke cause free radicals but more important than anything is to remember how to writ yourself avoid free radicals and that’s through supplementation. It would be antioxidants, something like vitamin C Ester, vitamin E they are great antioxidants and they basically give the free radicals that proton that they’re missing that way they are not searching in your cells for that proton and they get it from the antioxidants so in combination with good food and antioxidants those free radicals would be lessen and you will never get rid of them because that’s an everyday experience but you most certainly you have less unless and then you won’t promote aging you actually reverse the aging processing and keep yourself at the good young age with lots of energy and youthful skin and great muscle and great bone density without any disease so free radicals are definitely bad for us, they’re part of the human existence and— but there are ways around it so keep in mind stay away from free radicals.
