Antioxidants are basically they are basically they cured to pre-radicals, they give the pre-radicals that missing proton that they’re so looking for and that way the pre-radicals you have less pre-radicals because you are taking in more antioxidants. Another one alphalipoic acid, this is the brand daddy of all antioxidant, you hear this all the time, you hear this in commercial in how people get better and it’s alphalipoic acid and that again that’s the same thing but it does it in ten folds.
