The next stretch is called the chair twist. So, you need to make sure that you have a chair that does not have any arms on the side. Sit sideways to the chair your back against the back of the chair. Place one hand on top, the other one on your thigh, lengthen your spine. And as you inhale, make sure your spine is elongated. And as you exhale to the movement of rotating and looking backwards. Keep for 30 seconds, inhale, again, elongate your spine. And as you exhale, come back to starting position. Then, you do the same on your side.
