Joshua Taylor: Hello, this is Joshua Taylor from itsnotyourfaultyouregettingfat.com. We are back today to help you guys through a whole progression. For those of you guys who are getting older, can't do pull ups anymore, you guys who never been able to do them, we can go a step by step process to help you guys do some pull ups. We're starting with an inverted row in the squat rack with the barbell almost waist height. You are bracing your body weight onto the feet, you're going to flatten the back, and then pull up. Once you guys can do those relatively easy. Go ahead and move the bar up higher, almost the chin height. Again with an overhand grip, you're going to stand straight up and down, you're going to put all your weight on your feet, hang, and only use as much leg pressure as you need for the pull up. As you get strong in doing that, move the bar up higher, and then actually you'll be able to do full pull ups. Remember, it's not your fault you are getting fat but you can do something about it. Check out the links to the right. It's a great workout, it's going to help you loose fat, build muscle, and increase the quality of your life.
