Male Speaker: We can move our bodies because muscles pull on bones flexing and extending joints. Muscles pull by becoming shorter or contracting. Most muscles in our bodies are arranged in pairs the pair in the armical the biceps and the triceps. When the biceps contract the triceps relax and the arm moves up when the opposite happens, the arm moves down. Muscle tissue is made of bundles of fibers each containing many cells, each muscle cell contains smaller bundles called myofibrils inside of the filaments when a muscle receives nerve impulses from the brain the filament slight post each other the hollow muscles contracts but using an up force to move the womens arm.
