Dori Markakos: Hi! I’m Dori. I have been teaching Pilates for years. Today, I’m going to take you to an Advanced Pilates workout. I’m going to show you some of my favorite and most challenging Pilates exercises. The workout is going to be a great total body workout, but its going to help stabilize your core, help create this nice, elongated muscles that Pilates gives you, and its going to help to alleviate any little aches and pains that you might have in your body and also make you be a better athlete in some of your other sports and activities that you may partake in. All you can need for this workout is, a ball and an exercise mat and possibly some water, and just make sure of your physicians consent and let's go ahead and get started.
