Hi everybody! I'm Melanie Raposo and welcome to Mommy's Minute. If it's that time to start weaning your child to offer breast milk, here are some tips to make the transition easier. Experts suggest weaning your child at about one year old, but some of them choose to wean their child at about two-and-a-half or three. It's important to slowly wean your child and gradually shorten the length of your feeds, then cut out one feed every three days.
