Caffeine and alcohol negatively impact on vision and smoking won’t to your eyes any favors either if you don’t have time for proper contact lens hygiene perhaps won’t back to glasses contacts can bring bacteria and fungi. Be sure to wear your UV blocking sun and if you value your vision never rub your eyes. Most vegans believe that animals have the right not to be harm and exploited.
