Male Speaker: Ocean Tides occur on earth twice a day, tides are the raise and fall of the ocean surface which are govern by both the gravitational attraction of the sun and moon, and the rotation of the earth. The maximum Tides called spring tides are a large tidal balls so that happens when gravitational forces of the sun and moon, are combined in a straight line with the earth. On the other side of the earth, a smaller tidal ball just caused by the centrifugal force that result from the earth rotation, as the moon orbits to earth its gravitational affect relative to the sun will shift. Minimum tides called, neap tides, occur when the sun and moon are at right angels to each other partially neutralizing each others gravitational effects. Tides vary in levels, because they access of the tidal ball just inclined relative to the earth's equator, water on the earth's surface will experience different tidal heights during each daily rotation.
