Dozens of cells all different in their shape and function form the basic foundation for the structure of the human body and its variety of tissue. All cells except the red blood cell have a common trait, a central nucleus and perform a specific task crucial to the body’s function and survival. The different cells include brain cells, blood cells, heart cells, muscle cells, pancreatic cells, sperm cells, egg cells, kidney cells, liver cells, bone cells and lung cells.
