Go nuts! Do you know that nuts, those delicious I mean like incredibly delicious like things like crunchy almonds and like macadamia nuts and walnuts. Do you know that a small handful of nuts consumed five or more days a week has been shown in lots of big, huge, powerful studies to decrease your risk of our number killer which is cardiovascular disease anywhere from 30% to 55%. Something is delicious. Something that makes your taste buds get so excited has that much power to protect your health. So the bottom line is this, no one should go a day in your life without having some nuts. Who would pass up that opportunity and you say, we kind of not and I mean any kind of nut even my kind of nut like almonds and walnuts and cashews and macadamias they are all great for you so choose the ones you like but be sure to include a little bit not too much because if you eat too much you can get fat. A little bit like a small handful in your diet everyday.
