Female Speaker: Squash, the primary muscle groups involved in squash are the trapezius, anterior deltoids, posterior deltoids, pectoralis, biceps, hip, hamstring, quadriceps, triceps, gluteus maximus and the calve. The support muscles used are the anterior uveitis, upper abdominals, lower abdominals and the Latissimus dorsi. There are no ancillary muscles used in Squash.
