Female Speaker: Snow skiing, the primary muscle groups involved in snow skiing are the biceps, upper abdominals, lower abdominals anterior uveitis, hip, hamstring, quadriceps, triceps, gluteus maximus, latissimus dorsi and the calves. The support muscles used are the Trapezius, pectoralis and the forearm. The are no ancillary muscles used snow skiing.
