Female Speaker: Lacrosse the primary muscles groups involved in lacras are the Trapezius, biceps, hip, hamstring, quadriceps, triceps, and the calve. The support muscles used are the anterior deltoids, posterior deltoids, pectorals, anterior uveitis, upper abdominals, lower abdominals. latissimus dorsi and gluteus maximus. There are no ancillary muscles used in lacras.
