Female Speaker: Ice hockey, the primary muscle groups involved in ice hockey are Trapezius, anterior and posterior deltoids. Pectorals, biceps, anterior uveitis, forearm, upper and lower abdominals, hamstring, quadriceps, triceps gluteus maximus, Latissimus dorsi and calve. There are no support or ancillary muscles used in Ice hockey.
