Female Speaker: The field hockey, the primary muscle groups involved in field hockey are the trapezius, anterior and posterior deltoids, pectorals, biceps, anterior serratus, forearm, upper and lower abdominals, hamstring, quadriceps, triceps, gluteus maximus, latissimus dorsi, and the calves. There are no supports or auxiliary muscles used in field hockey.
