Female Speaker: Calisthenics, the primary muscle groups involved in Calisthenics are the trapezius, biceps, upper and lower abdominals, quadriceps, triceps, and the gluteus maximus. The support muscles used are the anterior and posterior deltoids, pectorals, anterior serratus, hip, hamstring, latissimus dorsi, and the calves. There are no auxiliary muscles used in calisthenics.
