Female Speaker: Boxing, the primary muscle groups involved in Boxing are the trapezius, anterior and posterior deltoids, pectorals, biceps, upper and lower abdominals, forearm, hamstring, quadriceps, triceps, gluteus maximus, and the calves. There support muscles used are the anterior serratus, latissimus dorsi, and the hip. There are no auxiliary muscles used in Boxing.
