Deborah Willburn: What, you must be kidding, oops, got to go. Can talking on your cellphone before bed keep you from getting a good night sleep? Study say yes. The theory is that low level radiation from the phone can disrupt the production of melatonin which helps you to sleep or can excite other parts of the brain. So, if you want to catch up with family and friends before you get some shut eye, shutoff your cell phone and use your landline instead and that's your daily ounce.
