Many of us have tried one diet or another. Low carb, low calorie, low fat, new replacements and we all know they often don’t work that’s because every diet has a danger zone. The time usually during the first few weeks when you’re most likely to slip up or fall off the diet completely. Here are wastes to successfully navigate this danger zones and boost your ads of losing weight. For low carb diets, one big danger zone is fatty food overload. Even if you lose a dramatic amount of weight in the early stages of the diet your weight loss may plateau because you’re still consuming lots of high calorie foods such as bacon, salami, cheese, nuts and peanut butter. A good escape strategy is choosing juicy foods. Avoid high calorie foods that have low water content such as butter, bacon, crackers and nutrition bars. Instead choose lower calorie, higher water content foods such as shrimp, skinless chicken breast or vegetables. For low fat diets are common danger zone is constant hunger and that’s because the less fat you eat the less satisfied you’ll be. Try this escape strategy. Above up your fiber, high fiber foods like legumes, brown rice and fruits will fill you up. They even taste good. In fact, according to recent studies eating a low fat diet that includes lots of fiber leads to three time’s greater weight loss than a low fat diet alone.
