Now how do you get the most nutritional bank every buck with the tea? Well first slot need to be freshly brewed it can be hot or it can be cold but it has to come from the real tea leave, it can be in the bags or can be loss it doesn’t matter but it use to be the real tea and guess what it can be white, green or black they are all from the exacts same leaf which is the camellia sinensis leaf and it just again exploding with this really potent to oxen test of root of its magic. A couple of things I want you to know, when you step your tea, you want to step it for at least three minutes and at the end of the three minutes ring out the tea bag so you can get every last drop of those antioxidants or you can do like me and you can sip the tea bag in the cup or the entire time and if your into a heart cool lemons like me, after you finish it you can suck on the tea bag. I do that sometimes right, and be sure to not put creamer milk in it because guess what the studies are showing that the proteins in cream and milk can actually bind to those antioxidants and if they’re bound your body can’t absorb them so that’s not the good thing. And learn to do your tea clean and fresh and while spoil it such a beautiful, wonderful amazing thing. Don’t put anything in it, you can put a little lemon you put sugar or the Stavia or other sweeteners just keep it nice and press steam.
