Male Speaker: So, doctor how can I perfect my teeth right now low in a budget? I wanted to manage something; you know I don't have a dental slam that's why I came to see you. Doctor: Right. Well, there are few things you can do that are very easy and very quick. We can do selective milling of the teeth, means we just grind a little bit the teeth to reshape them, if you didn't like the length of your teeth, we can just grind those down and the charge is very minimal. We can whiten your teeth with these take home whitening. Male Speaker: So, I know there is two different kinds of options when you come into to get whitening done and what would those two be? Doctor: One would be the strips that you just put on your teeth, those are least expensive; the crest white strips. They just go right on your teeth and its fine, if you have nice and straight and straight teeth. Male Speaker: Do those really work? Doctor: They do. And make -- the ingredients are pretty much the same as they are in the other, the tray types that we make the custom ones. If you think about the tray types, if you have any rotations in your teeth, the crest white strips will sort of jump right over that, so exactly. Male Speaker: And even whitening. Doctor: That's right so the custom ones will really whiten everything very easily, quite evenly as well, if we can change the concentration of the white from percentages of the active ingredient. Male Speaker: Okay. Which one is the most I could I think have use like a 13 is that right? Which like I know I had a lot of sensitivity on my gums and I'm also drinking cold water or I'm just having the -- which is there, of course, retain my teeth, and then I eat chicken. Then, which is the most effective that's not going to give you the sensitivity, of course, in here to your gums and your teeth. Doctor: The lower percentage ones are sold in the pharmacies without a prescription. The ones that we sell is a lot higher because we're there to make sure that you have no gum problems or cavities, before we dispense them. I use 16 to basically of 33%. So, it depends how stained or how dark the teeth are; and obviously the higher the concentration, the faster the effects. Male Speaker: And how often we can use that at home? Doctor: I recommend if you are not sensitive at all, you can do them twice a day 45 minutes each time. Male Speaker: Okay. Doctor: If you have sensitivity, you can do it once a day; for once every two days depending. Male Speaker: And another thing is there, which can come on in, and then you'll do and that I know the stunning, glow it's amazing, which is what I would eventually want to do. How mush is that cost and how often you can do it, if it's like once a year, you know? Doctor: For the laser whitening? Male Speaker: Yeah. Doctor: I'm less enthusiastic for the laser whitening actually. Male Speaker: Why is that? Doctor: Because it is one we charge the patients a lot more for the effect. Male Speaker: Okay. Doctor: And in terms of six months down the road, the laser whitening does not last as well as the walking whitening. Host: Okay. Doctor: That's at least in my clinical experience.
