Which STIs are the easiest to transmit? Daphne Joseph: I think Chlamydia is at top and we have seen that with the raise in the young women 14 and 19 years of age, and maybe some of that true is because the person often times does have symptoms with it. But Chlamydia, very easily transmit, we are seeing lots of it. HPV,which - they have developed the vaccine for it, easily transmitted and one way that these viruses are a lot more easily transmitted is if you had a previous sexually transmitted disease, and maybe not received treatment, and anybody that has irritation down in the vaginal area, or a male who has maybe irritation with urinating or burning, because the area is inflamed, it's much easier to transmit the virus, any virus, any STI, and much easier to pick up another one. Lot of times when people are saying and they have discharge, they don't only have one STD or STI, they have a couple. That's why somebody need, - you need to go to your physician or you need to go to your local health department, they have STD clinics there, they can often been seeing at no-cost or at low-cost and go find out why you are having that discharge or that irritation down below.
