I am a big believer in nutrient dense foods. Nuts and seeds are highly nutritious because they are dense, they are really packed full of nutrients. How ever they are seeds and seeds have a way of protecting themselves until their planted. So if you eat just regular old nuts and seeds a lot of times you get nauseas, a lot of times you wont be able to digest them lot of time you are actually just feel really bad, that's what I found when I ate nuts and seeds until I discover the process of German eating organic raw nuts and seeds, basically what you are doing is fulling the nuts and seeds in to the thinking that they are planted they release the folic acid which is what prevents all minerals and nutrients from being absorbed in to our bodies, they can release the fatty folic acid and they began to Germinate. That is when they are the most nutritious that's when they are the most power potent and that's also when they are in the most tasty even kids eat all nuts and they go wow these are fantastic.
