In age of is pass women would gather to rest that we repeat from heavy choirs and to chat and socialize under the guys of making something warm, pretty and practical for there family. Quilting circles have been around since possibly ancient Egyptian times when people made quilts for warm and protection against the chilly dessert night air. Today women are gathering in quilting circles again to make own quilt, these are quilts that our expression of the individuals creativity, fueled by the encouragement and social input by the other members of the group. It’s a great opportunity to the young to mix with the elderly and for the elderly to pass on there knowledge to the young. These quilts may end up through normal bed or hanging on the wall like a painting. Expressing yourself artistically can be therapeutic as it was for Harriet Pollens to make a two story quilts about her experience of being a slave in America. Anyone can pick up a needle, thread, some cotton and the hoop and your effort will be enjoyed by generations to come. The earth experiences literally over 1 million earthquakes every year. Locally the majority of this measures less than three of the scale. But anyone who is ever been through a quake of a higher magnitude can tell you that it is a most terrifying experience. Let’s quantify the food experience. Well it safe to say that all humans need a daily dose of protein, you need about .8 of a gram per kilo of your body weight. Any quantity you don’t use will be stored as fat. But often protein comes neatly tied up in cholesterol so beware that your daily quantity is of this sticky substance don’t exceed 300 milligrams per day. Balance up your proteins with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. The cabs in these will help you make the most of your protein intake. Five serves of fruit and veggies a day is a must. Most of us have no idea about the quantity of salt we consume on a daily bases. Try not to exceed 3000 milligrams that’s 3 grams just a little on the three teaspoons. Sugar is mix into process foods too, how much cane sugar resistant to your diet? Answer, absolutely none. Your body mixes it on sugars out of the all ingredients you put in to it. Quantity is the key to a healthy diet. Don’t fall for the upsizing gain, 10 extra cents might get you double the food but it will also buy you double the health trouble.
