Speaker: For surely everybody should be taken a probiotics, but especially people who have gastro intestinal problems, If you have GI problems in general I mean to have an imbalance of bad bacteria, good bacteria, you need to get good bacteria, we are in many cultures they get good bacteria because they eat a lot of fermented foods. In America we don't do that so much so a supplement of probiotics is very, very important. There is a lot of supplements though out there with the I have tried and I just simply don't like, I don't like supplements I have fast or any kind of ingredient that so possibly helps the bacteria to grow. All bacteria really need a some carbohydrates, which it finds readily in the intestines. So really what you need is high dose, most probiotics have only a few billion bacteria in it and you really need at least 25-50 billion to really it make a difference and that's per day. Fass will and another things like fass will give you gas for bloat in just really awful I hate fass, a lot of supplements too that have probiotics especially once that suppose they come from dirt, if you test them and we have, you actually find that they have fairly high doses of heavy metals, or else have no heavy metals and what so ever.
